GoHighLevel (GHL) is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform. It combines a CRM, funnel and website builder, email and SMS marketing, calendars and workflow automation in one account, so you can replace several separate tools.
What can GoHighLevel actually automate?
Missed call text backs, new lead sequences by SMS and email, appointment confirmations and reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour, no show recovery, pipeline stage moves, internal alerts and call tasks, review requests 2 hours after a job, and the whole onboarding week after a sale. If a step happens the same way every time, it can run on its own.
Can Voice AI qualify incoming leads?
Yes. It answers on the second ring with your greeting, asks what needs doing, where, and how soon, then offers the two nearest slots on your live calendar and texts the confirmation. Pricing exceptions, complaints and anything outside its rules become a callback task with a 30 minute due time and a transcript attached.
Do I need a GoHighLevel account before we start?
No. If you don’t have one yet, I’ll help you choose the right plan and set the account up properly from day one. If you already have one, I’ll audit what’s there and build on it.
Can you set up GoHighLevel from scratch?
